United States companies buy up the competition abroad

The business formation and planning strategy was seen as becoming more popular as the domestic growth of some US companies had gone flat in the last few years. The trend was reported by KMPG in their September 2013 report. The business analysis firm releases semi-annual reports on mergers and acquisitions.
