Dustin S. Lewis

Dustin is an experienced business and real estate attorney who advises businesses, entrepreneurs, and investors on a wide range of transactional and operational matters. His practice includes the acquisition and sale of businesses and real estate, commercial leasing, entity formation and governance, construction matters, financing transactions, landlord-tenant issues, and other legal matters arising in the day-to-day operation of a business.

In addition to his transactional practice, Dustin is a seasoned litigator who represents clients in complex business and real estate disputes throughout Ohio. He has successfully tried cases in courts across the state and has achieved favorable results in high-stakes litigation. Most recently, Dustin helped secure a seven-figure judgment in a commercial eviction action on behalf of a national data center operator and successfully defended the owner of a steel company against securities fraud claims.
