Biography
Irwin M. Frank began his legal career as a tax attorney with the U.S. Treasury Department and specialized in the area of Estate and Gift Tax. He then spent a number of years as in-house counsel for a public corporation, which developed real estate and built projects for multi-family, single family and commercial purposes. His clients are mainly owners of various businesses, developers of real estate, and builders of residential, multi-family, commercial and industrial properties. He has been involved in transactions for his clients and his own personal account with many of the major national users of real property including Walgreens, K-Mart, CVS, Gordon Food Service, British Aeronautics and Electronics, KFC, Taco Bell, and many of the public REITS.
Transactional work in both the business and real estate areas, as well as working with financial lenders has permitted Irwin to offer his experience and legal background to a variety of entrepreneurial clients. He has represented his clients in excess of 2 Billion Dollars for real estate acquisitions, sales and financing.
