Anthony is a litigator focused on resolving business disputes. 

Anthony comes from a background of civil-rights litigation, including extensive experience with the Ohio Public Records Act, Ohio landlord/tenant law, and labor/employment law. As a legal intern with the Milton A. Kramer law clinic, Anthony brought a successful challenge against the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections, enjoining Ohio prisons from enforcing discriminatory grooming policies against Rastafarian inmates, in violation of their religious rights. Anthony’s previous work includes assisting the litigation of civil-rights violations at the Cuyahoga County jail, and public-records inquiries under the Freedom of Information Act, pertaining to the FBI’s surveillance of the Black Lives movement.

Anthony’s currently works representing the interests of our firm’s clients in commercial, business, construction, real estate and general civil litigation matters. Anthony is experienced in resolving simple or complex contract disputes, landlord/tenant relations, and insurance claims disputes.
