Ben’s practice includes successful representation of nation's largest debt collectors, lenders and loan servicers in executing upon millions of dollars in security interests in all courts throughout the State of Ohio, including state and federal courts. Ben represents clients in commercial, real estate and debt collection litigation, with a particular emphasis on defense of lender liability claims, including, FDCPA, TILA, RESPA, HOEPA and OCSPA claims. Ben specializes in defense of corporations and individuals in criminal housing code violation cases. Ben regularly represents clients in real estate title disputes, including lien priority and title insurance coverage issues. Ben’s practice also includes experience in defending class action claims, criminal defense in major felony criminal actions and representation of plaintiffs in personal injury cases. Ben is focused on resolving client matters in cost-effective and time-saving manner through early dispute resolution.
